Site Progress Mobile

Site Progress Mobile is the latest version of the mobile applications which work hand in hand with Powerproject XV.  The app allows mobile users to record the progress of tasks from any location, which then updates the activities scheduled in a Powerproject project plan.  Each mobile user only sees the relevant tasks and check lists for which they have responsibility; they can enter various fields about the task’s progress, take, edit & annotate supporting photos, plus add new tasks into the plans remotely. 

Users of the Site Progress Mobile app first need a login created by a Powerproject user.  The projects assigned to you are then downloaded from the Cloud, allowing you to make your report without relying on a signal.  Once complete, you submit your project progress report back to the Powerproject user who can approve or reject your submission.  Emails are generated to tell you when a job is assigned to you and to tell the project owner when your report is submitted.
